Are our lives full of the joy, direction, and spiritual connection that Judaism offers? Too often, we keep mitzvos simply because… we keep mitzvos. Too often, we are “frum” on the outside and “bored” on the inside.
Not everyone lives this way. There are people we secretly envy —people who feel Torah deep in their bones, understand it, and are excited about it. People who love — and live —Torah. It ispossible to live happier, deeper, and more passionate Jewish lives.
What can we do to become a little more “real”?
The first step is to get greater clarity on why we do what we do, and how it all fits together.
The first step is Reality Check: A Handbook of Hashkafah.
