About this Book
What prevents us from living consciously—with joy and love in our heart—and deeply connected to our Divine self? Our survival instinct, our animal soul, the part of us that is defensive, reactive, and controlling, gets in the way. However, when we harness its energy and channel it purposefully, we can achieve presence and alignment.
Based on the Tanya and evidence-based therapeutic techniques, To Live with an Open Heart teaches the inner work of integration and self-mastery. Once we transform our instinctive, survival-driven defenses into an intentional way of living, our Divine essence shines through.
