Shipping & Delivery We offer free shipping in the USA on all orders of $47 and more! The free shipping method is up to our discretion which shipping carrier we will use. It may be Media Mail, UPS, or a local carrier. Most orders will ship media mail. Media mail can take up till two weeks to arrive (and sometimes even more). If you need your order ASAP, we suggest selecting UPS Ground.
You may also pick up your items from our Crown Heights location, just select 'pick up from store' upon checking out. You will receive an email when your order has been processed and ready to be picked up. All orders under $47 are subject to shipping fees, you may calculate the fees yourself, prior to placing your order. Just add the item(s) to your cart and click on estimate shipping on the shopping cart page. For orders shipped outside of the US: your order may receive additional customs, duties, and taxes fees from the government and/or the shipper, these charges are a separate fee from our shipping charges and we have no control over them. IF YOU ARE SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF AMERICA, INCLUDING CANADA, PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER! Returns & Replacements All return claims must be made within 7 days upon receiving your order. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON ENGRAVING ORDERS. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping fees to return the item. If you desire to return an item, FIRST contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order Invoice # and the item's name(s) that you wish to return. If an item arrives damaged, please email us at email@example.com with your Order Invoice # and the damage items name(s) and we will replace the damaged item right away. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping (unless the return is due to our error), you may also be charged for the initial shipping and the amount will be deducted from your refund amount.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions We accept Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal for online, email and phone/text orders. Cash and checks may be paid for orders placed via email or phone/text. If you have a coupon/promotion code to use, please enter it in the discount code box, found in your shopping cart, prior to checking out. If placing the order via email, phone or text, please mention it sometime while placing your order.
Tax Exempt If your organization is tax exempt, please FIRST make an online account on SeforimDeals.com, and then please email us at email@example.com with your account email and we will update your account to tax exempt.
