Shipping & Delivery For orders shipped outside of the US: your order may receive additional customs, duties, and taxes fees from the government and/or the shipper, these charges are a separate fee from our shipping charges and we have no control over them. IF YOU ARE SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF AMERICA, INCLUDING CANADA, PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER! Returns & Replacements All return claims must be made within 7 days upon receiving your order. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON ENGRAVING ORDERS. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping fees to return the item. If you desire to return an item, FIRST contact us at help@seforimdeals.com with your Order Invoice # and the item's name(s) that you wish to return. If an item arrives damaged, please email us at help@seforimdeals.com with your Order Invoice # and the damage items name(s) and we will replace the damaged item right away. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping (unless the return is due to our error), you may also be charged for the initial shipping and the amount will be deducted from your refund amount.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions We accept Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal for online, email and phone/text orders. Cash and checks may be paid for orders placed via email or phone/text. If you have a coupon/promotion code to use, please enter it in the discount code box, found in your shopping cart, prior to checking out. If placing the order via email, phone or text, please mention it sometime while placing your order.
Tax Exempt If your organization is tax exempt, please FIRST make an online account on SeforimDeals.com, and then please email us at help@seforimdeals.com with your account email and we will update your account to tax exempt.
